I’m a passionate problem solver and multi-disciplinary design leader with a focus on experience & service design strategy and cross-team collaboration.
I currently work as a Executive Design Director at Designit, where we solve complex problems for our clients while igniting shared progress across our teams and the communities we serve. Previous to Designit, I was a Senior Product Designer at Thirty Madison where I helped to launch Facet and a Principal Consultant specializing in UX and service design at Capco.
I was born and raised in New Jersey, went to college at Penn State (We Are!), and currently reside in New York City. In my spare time you can find me at the park with my dog, Mac, traveling & exploring new places, cooking, dancing or spending time with my friends and family.

While it’s important to understand what and how people do things, it’s even more important to understand why. Uncovering motivations helps us to understand what drives people and why they make the decisions they do. Motivations lead us to the right solutions.

Creating something in a vacuum without the input or feedback from others rarely leads to success. Collaborating with others fosters innovation and stronger communication. Collaboration creates strength.

The world is an ever evolving and changing place. People, technology, products, and thought processes never stand still. To grow personally and with the environments around us, we need to explore, see, and do new things. Learning helps us innovate.
